LEAGUE TYPE: 
Team AND Individual Spots Available! 
Team-Based: Teams are responsible to form themselves and register. Teams may consist of 2 males, 2 females, or 1 male & 1 female. 

Free Agents: can sign up as an individual to be placed on a team with 1 other player. 

• $120/Team or $60/Player

Sunday Nights

COURT LOCATIONS:
Foothills Fieldhouse

SEASON:
6 weeks
Games start times will be 6pm.

FEES:
The charge will be $120 per team. Captains are responsible for full payment.
Payments can be made online during registration. If you would like to pay by check please contact chelsea@redrockschurch.com to arrange delivery.
*FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE LEAGUE START DATE. IF NO PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY THIS TIME, YOUR SPOT WILL OPEN UP TO OTHER PLAYERS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE LEAGUE START DATE.
  

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Red Rocks Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.
